REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund Policy

Adzylytics is a programmatic advertising platform built on the philosophy of providing the apt channel to display advertisements on digital, i.e. web-based spaces. We take the decision related to on a case-by-case basis, and are based on the facts and circumstances of the specific situation. And once those decisions are taken, they are final. If there is a decision of refund, it will be officially communicated to you. We do all refunds at our own discretion and without admitting obligation. Following are some important points to know about refund policy:

1. Advertising Services:

Our platform provides advertising services, and refunds are generally not available for executed services. Once you launch an advertising campaign, it is considered executed and completed.

2. Cancellation Before Campaign Launch:

If you decide to cancel your advertising campaign before it is launched, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to any costs incurred by our platform in the setup process. Refund eligibility will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

3. Cancellation Due to Platform Error:

In the event of errors or technical issues on our platform that significantly impact the delivery or performance of your advertising campaign, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Our team will assess each situation individually.

 

4. Ad performance:

We are unable to guarantee in every instance that your ad will reach its intended target or achieve the outcome you select. The campaign strategy, it’s setup and execution is completely at your part, the platform is not responsible for any kind of action. We don’t give refunds for poor ad performance or return on investment.

 

5. Disruptions to insights or reporting:

We do not normally grant refunds for insights or reporting errors, such as improper or missing data caused by system bugs.

6. Blocked spend and under delivery:

We do not issue refunds for the inability to generate new advertisements, examine results, optimize distribution, or when current ads were under-delivered owing to a system error. We do not issue refunds for advertising that are unable to be created.

 

7. Interface outages and failed API calls:

We will not consider refunds because you were unable to generate advertising, evaluate results, or optimize distribution based on results. We won’t refund where system bugs, affecting interfaces, display, that can be seen and corrected by the advertiser.

8. Ad-rendering issues:

Issues with ad rendering caused by system bugs may include issues with picture display and video functioning. We do not refund when the ad consistently delivers as displayed in the ad preview. We do not provide refunds when the issue is limited to the ad preview and has no substantial impact on ad delivery.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  • Cancellation by User:
    Users can cancel their advertising campaigns before the scheduled launch date. To initiate a cancellation, users must contact our customer support team through the platform or via support@adzylytics.com or +91 989 011 0518. Any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • Cancellation by Platform:
    We reserve the right to cancel or suspend advertising campaigns if there is a violation of our terms of service or if circumstances arise that prevent us from delivering the services. In such cases, users may be eligible for a refund, subject to our discretion

Refund Processing

 

  • Refund Eligibility:
    The conditions specified in this policy govern refund eligibility. Users must fulfil the requirements for each form of refund.

  • Refund Timeline:

       Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

 

Refund Mode

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment whenever possible. If a refund cannot be processed to the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method, such as a bank transfer or credit to your account. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
